The AERC is dedicated to offering internship opportunities to recent graduates. The goal of the AERC Internship Programme is to equip these graduates with the skills and experience needed to pursue careers in research, policymaking, and capacity-building institutions.
Through this programme, interns gain valuable workplace experience, broaden their knowledge, clarify career ambitions, and build professional networks, including mentors and contacts. In return, interns contribute to AERC’s research, capacity-building, and policy outreach efforts. This pool of interns also serves as a potential talent source for future job openings at AERC.
The internship lasts between 3 to 6 months, after which interns are encouraged to explore opportunities in the broader job market.
