Dr. Nsikak Akpan, a lecturer at Foreign Links College in Moro, Osun State, has embarked on an attempt to break a Guinness World Record.
He has begun a 150-hour marathon lecture with the aim of setting a new record for the longest lecture ever delivered.The lecture started in the early hours of Monday, September 23, 2024, at the college’s campus in Moro town.
As of the latest report, Akpan has been lecturing for over six hours.He shared that the topic of his lecture is ‘Relationship between Man’s Environment and Health,’ and mentioned that the event is being live streamed for verification purposes.This bold effort has attracted considerable attention, as it aims to surpass the current record for nonstop lecturing.
